full tilt pokerFull Tilt Poker recently announced that it will officially relaunch the popular Black Card loyalty program and this will be coupled with a number of attractive offers that will attempt to draw for VIPs from other sites to change and transfer their status to Full Tilt.

All Black Card members will soon have the option of converting all of their Full Tilt Points to instant cash at full value and will not be burdened with any earn-off bonus or any play-through requirements. To get an idea of the highest value, it can be calculated at close to 40% instant cash every week. Apart from this, all Black Card members will be given the option to opt into the unique results-based sponsorship program, which was specially “designed for poker players, by poker players.”

In a release, Sarne Lightman, head of marketing at Full Tilt said

Over the next few weeks we will be reaching out to the poker community to help us design these performance metrics. We want the players who will be competing for sponsorship to design the measurement systems for their performance, and we will then reward the best players.

Full Tilt also plans to provide sponsorship contracts from the month of July to some of the premier players who will be judged by their performance. These sponsorships will come in the form of a number of disciplines such as multi-table tournaments, cash games, as well as sit and gos. These special contracts will then get transferred to the players every six months based on their overall results during the previous six months.

Lightman continued

We understand that players have put many hours, weeks and sometimes months into earning their VIP status on other sites while unable to play on Full Tilt Poker. The amnesty will allow them to trial our Edge Rewards and Black Card programs at the equivalent level and see for themselves the superior benefits their play level offers at Full Tilt Poker.

Full Tilt also confirmed that it will be providing a special “VIP Amnesty” to all players during the month of April, thereby granting players the opportunity to transfer the status they have from other sites towards an equal status that will feature in the current Full Tilt loyalty program that they will be a part of.

Those who are interested in this offer, can send across a photo of their VIP status from another site along with their current Full Tilt username to BlackCard@fulltiltpoker.com.
