888 Holdings, the reputed online gambling enterprise that runs both 888 Poker and 888 Casino, recently announced that their marketing strategies had generated a lot of revenue for their casino and poker sectors.

The company also reported that the strategies and efforts taken for marketing had doubled its player traffic for its poker and casino sites.

The company noted that in first 3 months of 2012 the number of users on the 888 Holdings increased by 87 percent from the same time period of 2011.

It was reported that the gross earnings were around 94 million USD which revealed an increase of 25 percent from year to year and a 4 percent hike for the last 3 months of 2011.

Brian Mattingley, the Chief Executive officer of 888 Holdings, remarked on the progress of the company.

“Our focused approach has managed to produce another outstanding quarter; with continuing strength March has given us the best profits ever for the company. Poker has sustained its vigorous show in the initial phases of Q2, with our other merchandise areas seeing an expected return to periodic patterns. There are important development occasions existing by the liberalization new opportunities, which we will venture into. We will carry on investing during the course of 2012 in order to shape market share,”

Prior to this, the 888 Holdings company shares had dropped by 1.6 percent from 12.04 but it was later noted that the shares had doubled on account of the changes made in the European markets and in the United States.

888 Holdings made a clear note of their poker profits and stated that it had grown to 21 million dollars which marked a 88 percent year increase. A report published by the company regarding its profit for the months of 2012 revealed that the first quarter of the year 2012 had shown profit and the initial recordings of the 2nd quarter also proved that there was growth in revenue. “Although we think to get a return to the historic periodic pattern as we move through the quarter, given the forte of the industry and our continued tactical focus we are assured of more development during the year,” the report stated.
