Aristocrat Technologies, a leading provider of online gambling and casino management software solutions in North America, today announced that it has signed a strategic deal with Ongame Network Limited and Shuffle Master Incorporated.

According to the terms of this new agreement, Aristocrat will make Ongame’s poker gaming content available to its own customers, as a result of which several new games will be added to the Aristocrat portfolio.

Kelly Shaw, vice president (systems sales and marketing) for Aristocrat, said,

“Today both Aristocrat and Bally Technologies have agreed to offer Ongame as one of their preferred poker solutions. We have already begun work on integrating the Ongame poker solution into our nLive platform, and it is our intent to offer customers the opportunity to participate in a combined liquidity pool that will be beneficial to their customers and to the operators themselves.”

Casino Journal recently placed Aristocrats’ gaming solution, called nLive, in its list of Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products Awards for 2011. nLive is a comprehensive gaming solution that enables casino operators to make their casino brands available to online players. A major feature of this solution is nLiveLink, which links the online gaming company’s online casino product to its land counterpart.

Shuffle Master had announced at the beginning of this year that it has gotten into a deal with Bwin.party for the acquisition of Ongame Network Limited.

Aristocrat Technologies Incorporated is a leading provider of online gaming software. Licensed by over 200 regulatory bodies worldwide, its gaming solutions are used by casino operators in over 90 countries.
