Party Poker, encouraged by the response in the garden state has decided to come out with a unique promotion called “New Jersey’s Next Poker Millionaire” and will look to heavily promote this event. This event will help turn one special poker player into a millionaire and the qualification process into the event, is extremely simple.
Party Poker confirmed that their players will get an opportunity to qualify for a special live eight-player tournament which is scheduled to take place on the 1st of Feb 2014. The event will be held in Atlantic City, at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. The eventual winner of this event will be given a special prize package that amounts to $1 million.
Based on information provided by Party Poker, the “New Jersey’s Next Poker Millionaire” package will have a number of goodies such as Two entries to $3,500 WPT events held at the Borgata Casino ($7K); $8,000 in live tournament entries at the Borgata Casino; a World Poker Tour Alpha 8 super high roller package ($100,000); 52 tournament entries to the Sunday $50K ($10,400) at Party Poker’s New Jersey online poker room; a WPT World Championship seat ($15K) and the balance amount of the total package($859,600) will be paid in cash to the winner’s online poker account
Those players who are interested to qualify for this special tournament will be required to win one of the 8 tournaments at Party Poker’s New Jersey online poker room. They can register by going to Nj.partypoker.com. These tournaments have already started on the 1st of Dec and will be held every Sunday at 6:30 p.m and come to a close on the 19th of Jan 2014.
Players do not have the opportunity for a direct buy-in. They will have to qualify by playing these 8 “semifinal” tournaments. Some of the ways by which a player can qualify include depositing $50 using the bonus code “Millionaire” gains; placing in the top 25 of seven daily freerolls; signing up at Nj.partypoker.com within seven days of any of the eight tournaments and placing in the top 50 of daily tournaments with a buy-in of one frequent player point.
