Warren LushPoker has gained immense popularity across the globe during the last 10 years and one of the main reasons is because of the fantastic PR that game has received. Be it live poker or online poker, the game now has a strong fan following the world over as poker has been portrayed as an ATM cash machine that can turn nobody’s into overnight millionaires.

There has also been a huge influx of celebrities who have taken to playing poker and then going on record to discuss their love for the game.

Warren Lush has been one of the top PR professionals promoting poker all across the globe and is considered to be a legend in the industry.

Just about everyone remembers the 2006 Bentley Continental GT challenge that Mike Sexton issued to socialite Paris Hilton when he invited her to poker match on partypoker. Hilton who was at the peak of her fame in 2006 had lost her Bentley Continental GT in a private poker game and Sexton gave her an opportunity to win it back by issuing a partypoker challenge.

The match never took placed but received a lot of publicity and created huge interest in the game of poker.

This Bentley Continental GT challenge was a strategic PR move to build the partypoker brand and it was Warren Lush’s creative mind that put together the challenge. Lush has served partypoker for close to 10 years and has helped the company to become one of the most popular and visible brands on the poker circuit.

Lush recently announced that he has decided to leave partypoker and pursue a freelance career in Europe as he wants to use the additional time to pursue some of his passions and personal interests which include assisting Tony G in the European parliament.

In a statement, Lush said

It feels very strange today, I have to admit. It’s been nearly 10 years. I joined in November 2005, so I’ve seen everything that’s happened in the industry since that time. I’m already spending a lot of time in Brussels so going forward I’m looking to freelance and spend a period of time there. I’ve always been in touch with Tony and I’m with him every day.

Poker companies across the world will be excited to know that they can now hire Lush as a freelance poker pr consultant and get to use his expertise on an on-going basis to market and promote their brand.
