Seminole Hard Rock Poker ShowdownSeminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood recently announced the schedule for their fourth annual Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown tournament series. The tournament is scheduled to start on the 27th of March and will run till the 16th of April 2014. The championship is scheduled to take place between the 10th – 16th of April. The series is expected to receive a lot of coverage from both social media and TV networks. The Championship Final table that takes place at the Hard Rock Live will be a televised event.

The tournament is scheduled to take place over a period of three weeks and will start with a $1 million guaranteed deep stack no limit hold’em tournament that will feature a $560 buy-in. There is also a $3,500 buy-in for the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown Championship event that has a $5 million guarantee. The $5 million guarantee is incidentally the largest ever guarantee for a $3,500 buy-in and will receive a lot of media attention. The tournament will allow players to participate in any or all starting flights and choose their best stack. Re-entry will be permitted for three levels.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood also confirmed that the $5 million guaranteed championship will include a number of satellite events that take place at five Seminole Gaming properties. The satellite events are scheduled to take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, – Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Seminole Casino Brighton, Seminole Casino Immokalee and Seminole Casino Coconut Creek.

Those players who are interested in taking part in any of the tournament events must get a free “Wild Card” either at the Player’s Club or in the poker room at Seminole Hard Rock.
