World Poker TourThe World Poker Tour recently released the remainder of its Season XII schedule.

The schedule is impressive with this record-setting season scheduled to come to a close next year with 7 Main Tour stops and 9 additional WPT Regional and WPT National events that are scheduled to take place across the world.

In a statement, WPT Executive Tour Director Matt Savage said

The much-anticipated, second half of the WPT schedule was definitely worth the wait. Players can start to book travel knowing that many quality events in great locations are now in place.

The two key stops that will be a major draw on the remainder of Season XII will be the stops at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa. The new 2014 schedule will start late January in Atlantic City and the WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open will receive TV coverage. The tour will come back to the Borgata for a season-ending $15,400 WPT World Championship. This event was initially scheduled to be held at the Bellagio in Las Vegas but has been moved to the Borgata and will have a lower price tag than the $25,000 which was initially fixed.

The WPT schedule confirms that it will host Main Events at three different venues in Florida, and two in California. WPT President Adam Pliska said
