The Autumn season is about to come into full force within the next couple of weeks, and it is with the arrival of this season that various poker tournaments also kick off. And while some players may find this myriad of events a bit confusing, we’ve brought a collection of the most anticipated ones to you here. This way, you can see what each one is offering and when they’re expected to take place, so you can easily find one that works best for you. So, let’s find out which the most anticipated poker tournaments in Autumn 2019 are.

PartyPoker MILLIONS World

partypoker millionsWhy would you not have interest in accessing a poker tournament that boasts a $10 million guarantee? That’s precisely what the PartyPoker MILLIONS World event provides, and this one takes place between the 9th and 17th of November. Granted, that may be running quite close to the winter season, but it still counts as Autumn.

The tournament will take place at the Baha Mar, Nassau, the Bahamas, which is the largest casino in the Caribbean. Highlights taking place within the tournament include the Caribbean Poker Party Main Event Day 1A on Saturday, November 10, the MILLIONS Main Event 1 in 5 Satellite: 30 x Day 1B Seats GTD later on the same day, the $50K Super High Roller on Monday November 12 and H.O.R.S.E event on Friday, November 16.

Unibet UK Poker Tour: Brighton

Occurring at the Rendezvous Casino in Brighton, this leg of the Unibet UK Poker Tour comes with a £40,000 guarantee and a 25,000 starting stack. The event will take place between Friday 20th and Sunday 22nd September, and it also incorporates 40 minute blinds as well as a single re-entry per starting day.

There’s an online qualifier package for this one, which is worth €500, and these qualifiers are open to all Unibet customers. Buy-ins for the event stand at £200+£20 and all players have the option of playing both Day 1A and Day 1B, and then taking their largest stack through to the Final Day. The winner of the Main Event will also be on the receiving end of a custom trophy as well as a €2,000 Unibet Open package.

CPPT VII – Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland

Between the dates of Friday 25th October and Thursday 7th November, the seventh outing of the CPPT Live! Tournament will occur in Hanover, Maryland, USA. The Live! Casino & Hotel is ideally located between Baltimore and Washington D.C., and it contains a 52-table poker room for the tournament to take place in.

If you do choose to participate in this tournament, you’ll find that there are various events to enjoy, including the £200 Limit 5 Card Omaha on October 25th, the $550 No-Limit Hold’em Freezeout on October 31st, the $1,100 No-Limit Hold’em CPPT Main Event $200K GTD on November 1st and the $250 No-Limit Hold’em Tag Team Switch on November 5th.

WPT500 Montreal

From Friday 25th to Tuesday 29th October, the WPT500 will take place at the Playground Poker Club in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Buy-ins for the event stand at CAD $500+$50, while a prize pool of CAD $1,000,000 is guaranteed for it, too. You’re able to play online Day 1s via the PartyPoker platform from October 20th through to the 24th, though the types of events and scheduling for such has not yet been released.

Battle of Malta 2019

The Battle of Malta tournament is already set to expand beyond and above what it has achieved before. Last year, the tournament saw 13,000 entries altogether, making it the biggest poker tournament that Malta has ever experienced. The six-day festival saw almost €2.56 million awarded to players in prize money across 15 separate events and it was this festival that went on to win Event of the Year at the 2015 European Poker Awards. The Main Event for the 2019 tournament, which is set to take place between Tuesday 15th and Tuesday 22nd October, features a buy-in of €555 and players have the ability to qualify through various online sites, alongside competing in several live satellites throughout Europe. Popular events, such as the Ladies Event and the Crazy 888s will be available on the tournament’s schedule again. Yet, the tournament also introduces a €5,300 buy-in Super High Roller event to its schedule for 2019.

Grosvenor UK Poker Tour: Grand Final

The Grosvenor UK Poker Tour goes through various casinos in the country, including Luton and Blackpool, before it arrives for the Grand Final at London’s Grosvenor Victoria Casino. This will be taking place between Monday 18th November and Sunday 1st December. Starting at 7:00pm on the 18th, there’s a £50,000 guarantee on offer with buy-ins starting from £220+£30. The tournament also features various other events, including the popular Seniors Event on Friday 22nd November for £100+£15.

The GUKPT Grand Final Main Event is set to take place on Sunday 1st December at 12:00pm, with a clock time of 60 minutes and breaks every two hours. Three prior Main Event days will take place on Saturday 30th, Friday 29th and Thursday 28th.

Circuito Nacional de Poker: Madrid

The Casino Gran Madrid will play host to the Circuito Nacional de Poker tournament between Saturday 16th and Sunday 24th November. The schedule and events for this tour are yet to be finalised and published, but after four stages taking place throughout Spain already, this grand final of the tournament will allow a complete winner to be unveiled.
