Since the casino has done extremely well, the Cordish Companies have plans to replicate the same operational model in other parts of the country. The company is doing its best to obtain Philadelphia’s last available gaming license, so that it can go ahead with its plans and construct a $425 million Live! Hotel & Casino in Philadelphia. The company also has its eye on other upcoming markets including Massachusetts.

The Maryland Live! Casino’s has a number of plans to increase its customer base and offer them a even wider variety of games. A few days back, the casino announced that it would be adding a number of table games to its existing portfolio, thereby increasing the probability of customers spending even more of their money.
The revenue generated by the Maryland Live! Casino is also beneficial to the state of Maryland. Since June 2012, the casino has provided $236 million in taxes to the state based on the revenue that it has generated. If those numbers are to be further analysed, it works out to nearly $1 million in taxes on a daily basis, which is extremely high revenue for the state.
