Win Cake Poker HomepageCake Poker has changed its brand name to Win Cake. Any player who tries to access www.cakepoker.eu or www.cakepoker.com will be automatically re-directed to www.Wincake.com. The upgraded version of Cake Poker software will be automatically downloaded as soon as players try to log into their accounts.

While the poker room will remain the same, the casino will start rewarding players with Gold Chips and Frequent Player Points (FPPs) for real money gaming activities. Besides, Cake is on the verge of launching a new online sportsbook.

The ownership, however, remains the same; and according to the “About Us” page at Win Cake, the owner is still Cake Entertainment N. V. The re-branding has absolutely no effect on Juicy Stakes Poker, Cake’s sister site, where former US poker players at Cake Poker now play.

At the same time, a problem that is totally unrelated to the re-branding is preventing poker players from gaining access to the cash game tables. The security certificate of Revolution Gaming Network expired during the last few hours, owing to which players are getting an error message that reads: “Code: 116 security certificate or fate setting incorrect. Error:10.” Cake has, therefore, cancelled all Sit ‘N’ Gos and tournaments.

Some players set their computer clocks back by one day and succeeded in fooling the system into thinking that the security certificate is still valid, thus allowing them to gain access to the cash game tables. The Cake Poker Network (CPN) had the same security certificate issue one year back, indicating that this is the second time that the network has failed to renew its security certificate in time.

According to the new Win Cake website, Win Cake was launched as Cake Poker in 2006. In the near future, Cake Poker plans to expand its offerings to skill games and casino games. In 2013, Cake Poker was re-branded as Win Cake. The new Win Cake now plans to offer gaming services such as casino, poker, games, and jackpots, in addition to sports betting and live betting facilities.

Win Cake says that it “strives to give players more” in the form of bonuses, entertainment, rewards, and winnings. Win Cake, which is home of the Gold Rewards System, will continue to reward player loyalty with Gold Cards and Gold Chips.

Players can contact Win Cake by sending an email to support@wincake.com. Licensed in Curacao, the company operates under Cyberluck, a leading gaming license and hosting provider in Curacao.
