World Poker Tour & Galaxy GamingThe World Poker Tour (WPT) and Galaxy Gaming Inc recently announced they have formed a strategic alliance to launch a new table game that they believe will be extremely popular and well received by the poker community.

The launch was done after both companies entered into an exclusive licensing agreement to launch the new table game called WPT Heads Up Hold ‘Em.

In a statement, Galaxy Gaming CEO Robert B. Saucier said

World Poker Tour and Galaxy Gaming are teaming up to provide an innovative and exciting product for the industry, and an in-demand game for millions of players all across the country and all around the world. We know WPT Heads Up Hold ‘Em is a winner, and we couldn’t be more proud to join with an undisputed global leader like World Poker Tour to put this product in front of casinos and players alike.

The WPT is one of the most recognized gaming brands across the world and is a leader when it comes to customizing and launching new products for the gaming industry. The World Poker Tour is currently responsible for operating over 60 land-based poker tournaments all across the world and airs close to 40 hours of original poker programming every year. These poker programs have been broadcasted in over 150 countries and have helped to make the WPT a global brand.
