The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is giving away more prizes to those playing its well-loved sit & go format, Blast Poker.

The operator has just launched a new promotion called the “Blast Races” where players can win free Blast tickets, on top of prizes that can be won via the multipliers. The promo is open to WSOP.com players in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Blast Races on WSOP MI and WSOP PA

Players who don’t have an account yet with WSOP.com will need to register first to take part in the Blast Races. The Races are available up to the end of the year, running daily on WSOP MI and WSOP PA.

New and existing US Poker players are required to opt-in for the promo to be eligible for the prizes. Blast games have buy-ins of $1, $5, $10, and $30. For a chance to win extra prizes via the Blast Races promo, players only need to play 10 Blast games at buy-ins of $1 or $5, or 20 games at buy-ins of $10 or $30.

After opting in for Blast Races, each player’s first 10 or 20 Blast games will count towards the daily races. WSOP.com will track 10 games for the $1/5 buy-in levels, and 20 games for the $10/30 games. The prizes are awarded daily, with the final leaderboard standings shown at the end of the day.

Blast Tickets Up for Grabs

WSOP.com is awarding prizes to the top 10 players in the low buy-in games and the top 15 players in the higher buy-in levels. Prizes come in the form of Blast tickets worth between $1 and $30.

WSOP MI is giving away $30 worth of Blast tickets in both the low buy-in and high buy-in races each day, while in Pennsylvania, $20 and $60 worth of Blast tickets are up for grabs in the low buy-in race and high buy-in race respectively.

For those who are still unfamiliar with WSOP.com’s Blast Poker games, it is the operator’s own version of jackpot sit & go’s. The maximum prize pool multipliers on WSOP.com are set at 10,000x. The games require three players and the multipliers are generated ahead of the start of the game.

The ongoing Blast Races will run until the end of 2023, with the WSOP likely to boost the prizes if the promo proves successful in attracting more players to the site.
