Deepstacks Poker TourThe DeepStacks Poker Tour recently confirmed its official schedule for the very first international tournament series that it will host. The tour will initially start in Spain, where it will kick start the Barcelona Challenge which is scheduled to take place in September.

The Barcelona Challenge is scheduled to take place late September between the 23rd and 29th and will be held at the Casino Barcelona. A number of unique events will take place including the €430 NLH turbo bounty event, a €330 NLH turbo event, a €3,000 High Roller, a €550 NLH event, as well as the 360-degree live-streamed €1,500 Main Event.

This series of poker tournaments will be very important for Casino Barcelona and we invite you to discover as well the beautiful city of Barcelona during the best month of the year, September and during the week Barcelona celebrates a whole week of public festivities where gastronomy, culture, art, and much more will be awaiting for you.

The Main Event winner will automatically earn a $2,500 buy-in seat into the $500,000 guaranteed DSPT World Championship which is scheduled to take place in November at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. The poker series will also offer players a number of different main events and high roller satellites, along with “Step” qualifiers.

The 2013 DeepStacks Poker Tour schedule that was released confirms that the first tour will be the Barcelona Challenge that will take place in Barcelona, Spain at the Casino Barcelona between the 27th and 29th of September. This will be followed by the Oregon State Poker Championships that will be held in Lincoln City, OR at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort between Oct. 27 and Nov. 4. The tour will then open up at the Veneto Poker Carnivale in Panama City, Panama at the Veneto Hotel & Casino during the 6th to the 11th of November. It will finally come to an end at between the 18th to the 25th of November, where the Mohegan Sun World Championship will take place at Uncasville in CT, Mohegan.

The DeepStacks Poker Tour confirmed that popular pros Mike Matusow, Tristan Wade and Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi will not only host the tour but also take part in the Main Event being held in Barcelona.
