Summer is considered one of the busiest periods for poker players with multiple live festivals taking place across the globe.

This year, July is shaping up to be a huge month for live real money poker action, with several events lined up, including the 2023 Grand Prix Bratislava Poker Festival.

2023 Bratislava Poker Festival Highlights

The upcoming Grand Prix Bratislava Poker Festival serves as the opening stop of the 2023 partypoker LIVE tour. It runs from July 18-23, with The Card Casino in Bratislava, Slovakia, playing host to the action. The schedule features more than a dozen events with a massive €1 million in combined guaranteed prize pool.

The festival is headlined by the €550 Grand Prix which comes with a huge €500,000 in guaranteed prize money. Players may enter via six starting flights which run from July 19-22. A winner will be crowned on July 23.

Players get the chance to secure a seat into the tournament for much less via Grand Prix super satellites taking place at the venue which cost just €80 to enter. PartyPoker is also running online satellites that award Grand Prix Bratislava packages worth €1,500 each.

partypoker LIVE is running the festival in partnership with the Irish Poker Tour, Ireland’s leading live poker event organizer. The Irish Poker Tour, headed by CEO Fintan Gavin, was responsible for designing the festival’s schedule.

The tour’s inclination towards the Omaha variant is evident in the Bratislava Poker Festival schedule, as it includes a Euro Omaha Championship 7-Max, which is among the key events of the series. The Euro Omaha Championship comes with a €2,500 buy-in and a €100,000 guarantee.

Other highlights include the €3,000 buy-in, €200,000 GTD High Roller, the €350 buy-in, €50,000 GTD Bratislava Poker Cup and the €250 buy-in, €40,000 GTD Irish Poker Tour.

Grand Prix Bratislava Package Up for Grabs on partypoker

partypoker is running satellites for the €550 Grand Prix Bratislava Main Event, allowing players to win their way into the tournament for as little as €0.01.These centrolls award tickets into €0.22 buy-in sub-feeders and then €1.10 feeders.

By winning a €1.10 feeder, players will progress to €5.50 Phase 1 games. Phase 1 survivors will then advance to the €22 Phase 2 satellites which award tickets to the €109 Final Phase. This is where players compete for three €1,500 packages, each of which covers the €550 Grand Prix buy-in, five nights’ accommodation at NH Gate One Hotel valued at €700, and €250 spending allowance.
